    In Weifang Ctiy, a town in Shandong Province, flying kites are not just toys, but also a sign of the city culture. However, the flying kite had dropped and been broken on the first flying day. Some people believe that the kites are invented by ancient Chinese carpenter---Luban. Bcecase it is said that his kite has been made of wood and bamboo, which has been flying for three days in the sky before it fall to the ground.
