The school student society will be holding a picnic at the Botanic Garden this weekend, but there are rules and regulations that must be followed due to School policy reasons. They are as the following:1 Everyone must stay in the specified area, any leave should be reported to their team leaders. If any injury or accident occur as the result of misconduct, the consequence shall not be the responsibility of the Garden or School Authority, but be born by the individuals themselves.2 Any disposal of rubbish on the ground or any place of the Garden should not be allowed, they should be put in the rubbish bag provided by school prefects. A $250 fine will be applied to anyone who breaches this rule.3 No one is allowed to fed any animals of the Garden, a fine up to $1000 will be applied to any tresspassers.4 Vandalism is a serious offence and misconduct relating to the damage of public property include animals and plants shall be reported to the police and be treated as a criminal offence. 5 Any fire or picnic residues must be completely cleased from the park. If any fire resulted from the group of the picnic, this act will be reported to the police and be treated as a criminal offence.
